Fit State Training offers a range of qualifications and certifications, ensuring clients receive top-quality training. Colette holds the NCEHS National Qualification in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training, as well as being a Level 3 Personal Trainer. She is also qualified in the Wright Foundation GP Referral Scheme, YMCA Keiser Cycle 1, Vibrogym Instructor Levels 1 & 2, THUMP Boxing for Fitness Levels 1 & 2, and British Red Cross First Aid at work.
