At Fitsolution Training, we understand the importance of recovery in the training process. That's why we offer sports massage and manual therapy treatments from our private treatment room. Our experienced therapists will help you recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent injuries, allowing you to maximise the benefits of your training sessions.

We invite all new clients to experience a free personal training session with us. During this session, we'll discuss your training goals, show you how our programmes can help you achieve them, and provide you with a tour of our state-of-the-art gym facility. We want to ensure that you find a personal trainer and a gym that suits you best.

You can find our gym conveniently located between Hitchin and Stevenage in the village of Little Wymondley. Just a 2-minute drive from junction 8 of the A1M, our location is easily accessible from Hitchin, Stevenage, and Letchworth. Look out for the Plume of Feathers pub and turn along Priory Lane that runs alongside it. You'll see a big white sign for Old Hall Farmyard, where you can park your vehicle.

Our gym is located in Unit 2c, opposite The Octopus Swim Garden.
