For personalised training from the comfort of your home, Geri has Online 1:1 Personal Training sessions. Tailored to your specific goals, these 45-minute sessions are priced at £50.
Additionally, Geri runs a variety of online fitness classes via Zoom. Perfect for those with busy schedules or childcare responsibilities, you can choose from Cardio HIIT, Strength & Fitness, Core Blast, Cardio LBT, and Upper Body & Core. Each 30-minute class is £7. There’s also an unlimited online membership for £70 per month, granting access to all classes.
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Geri started as a Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor before becoming a Personal Trainer. As a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and specialist in Pre- and Post-Natal fitness, Geri understands the demands of juggling different priorities, especially as a single mum. Her qualifications cover various disciplines including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, Freestyle Spin, HIIT, and Barre.
