- How many training sessions do I get per week? You will have three sessions per week, with training times at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- What if I miss a session? Can I catch up? Absolutely! We have hundreds of recorded sessions from our live sessions, as well as shorter pre-recorded sessions for when you're short on time.
