The gym provides a range of equipment and machines for cardio and strength training, as well as group fitness classes led by certified instructors. The goal is to create a welcoming and non-judgemental space where individuals can work towards their fitness goals in a fun and sustainable way.
Personal training is also available at Fitness@MIP, with our Head Trainer and Fitness Coordinator, Moe Graszat. With over ten years of experience as a fitness professional and certifications in various training methods and nutrition, Moe can help individuals at all fitness levels develop a personalized plan to reach their goals. Nutrition consultations are also offered to ensure a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Membership at Fitness@MIP is open to anyone in Hamilton and surrounding areas aged 18 years and over. Monthly and prepaid membership options are available, with easy payment methods to suit individual preferences.
