Fitness Institute Teesside offers both in-person and online personal training sessions. Whether you prefer the convenience of working out from home or enjoy the atmosphere of a physical gym, we have options to suit your needs. Our experienced and knowledgeable trainers, David and Matt, are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.

David, our lead personal trainer, has over thirty-five years of corporate experience before transitioning into personal training. He understands the challenges people face on their fitness journey, as he has overcome his own struggles with exercise discipline, healthy eating, and self-esteem. David is passionate about helping others achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle and is committed to showing that age is not a barrier to success.

Matt, our martial arts specialist, began his fitness journey while studying at university. He fell in love with martial arts and has trained in multiple disciplines for several years. After realising his potential, he began competing and even won a national title in K1 in 2021. Matt brings his passion for fitness and martial arts to his clients, creating engaging and effective training sessions.

At Fitness Institute Teesside, we offer various packages to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our personal training sessions can be purchased individually for 40 per session or as a package of 10 sessions for 300. We also offer pay-as-you-go options for those who prefer a more flexible approach. In addition, we have offline beginner packages for both gym and home workouts, available as PDF downloads for 35.

Our 8 week programmes are designed to kickstart your fitness journey. Each programme includes an information booklet, workout booklet, nutrition booklet, and workbook. These materials provide all the tools and guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, or improving overall fitness and diet.
