In addition to the gym facilities, Fitness Finesse offers a variety of aerobic and specialised fitness classes for those who prefer a group setting. We also have a resident beauty therapist, so you can treat yourself to some pampering after your workout.
One of our specialities is providing safe and effective Cardiac Rehabilitation services. We have a close working relationship with the local Doctors Exercise Referral scheme (BEEP), and our qualified instructors are experienced in designing exercise programmes for individuals recovering from heart-related conditions or injuries.

Conveniently located at Mercon House on Beacon Road in Horton Bank Top, Bradford, we offer free parking for our members. Our opening times are from 9am to 9pm on weekdays, 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 1pm on Sundays.
