Fitness Centre

Fitness Centre in Regina is a state-of-the-art gym located at the University of Regina Home Recreation Services. The facility offers a wide range of equipment and amenities to help members achieve their fitness goals. The Fitness Centre is open Monday to Friday from AM to PM, and on weekends from AM to PM. There are partial closures throughout the week for track maintenance and Cougar home events can cause closures as well.

Membership rates at Fitness Centre vary depending on the duration of the membership. Drop-in rates are available for those who prefer to pay per visit. The facility also offers 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month membership options. Discounts are available for high school students, seniors, couples, and families.

For those interested in both fitness and aquatic activities, there is a bundled membership option available.

Members with 12-month memberships also have access to URFit classes, including aquasize, at no additional cost. Locker rentals are available for those who wish to secure their belongings while using the facility. Full and half lockers are available for monthly rental at reasonable rates.
