Fitness By Design is open from Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 9.00pm, and on Saturdays from 7.00am to 1.00pm. Sundays are closed for a well-earned rest day. Whether you prefer early morning workouts or evening sessions, the club’s opening hours are designed to suit your schedule.
