Jonathan from Fitness 2J2 wanted to share some exciting opportunities with you all. Since 2011, Fitness 2J2, situated centrally in Saskatoon, has been a key player in promoting healthy lifestyles for Indigenous people of all ages and abilities.
For the youth, there are various programs such as youth fitness, soccer skills and conditioning, dry land hockey, sports conditioning, and learn to run and triathlon programs. Adults can benefit from group and personal training, self-defence safety awareness classes, and group fitness options. Additionally, personal fitness training, corporate consulting, fitness facility assessment and design, and personal safety and self-defence tactics for women and youth are also available. Fitness 2J2 also caters to police, military, and emergency services personnel with specialized training and consulting.
Jonathan emphasizes a holistic approach to training, focusing on a balance of mind, body, and spirit. The team strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. The motto, “Strong | Healthy | Proud,” truly encapsulates their mission of empowering healthy communities.
