Fitness Soul Bootcamp is a fantastic four-week fitness program designed to help individuals in Edinburgh achieve their health and fitness goals. At Fitness Soul, we believe in creating a welcoming and vibrant community where everyone can have a great time while working on their fitness journey.
Our bootcamp offers high-energy, fun, and effective workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 am. Even during the lockdown period, you don't need any equipment as we've designed our workouts to be like 'prison workouts' that can be done anywhere.
When you join our bootcamp, you'll receive a self-reflection questionnaire, followed by a personalised one-to-one phone or face call with one of our experienced coaches. This allows us to understand your goals and set a plan tailored specifically to you.
Throughout the four-week program, you'll be a part of a small online group where you'll receive coached workouts, personalised instruction, and healthy eating tips. We also provide private online support to ensure you have all the resources you need to succeed.
At the end of the bootcamp, you'll have a one-to-one virtual meeting with your coach to discuss your progress, achievements, and set new goals. We believe that this individual attention is key to keeping you motivated and on track.
Our bootcamp is divided into three components: strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and cross-training. You'll be working hard during each workout, sweating a lot, and maybe experiencing some soreness initially, but we promise you'll love it! Our fun, motivating, and supportive atmosphere is what sets us apart.
With a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises, along with our healthy eating guide, you can achieve the body shape you desire and feel great. We are so confident in our program that if you're not satisfied with your results after 30 days, we offer a refund.
We want to ensure that each bootcamp is an intimate and impactful experience, so it is limited to only 16 people. Once our maximum capacity is reached, others will be placed on a waiting list.
