She's going to guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on low impact cardio, strength training, and core work.

Coach Jodie is well-qualified, with extensive experience as a CrossFit coach and certification as a YMCA/RSA antenatal/postnatal exercise instructor. This means that she designs exercise programs that are not only effective but also safe for pregnant women and new mothers.

You can purchase a single session for £10, or opt for a pack of 5 or 10 sessions for £8 or £7.50 per session, respectively. It's all about flexibility and finding what works best for you.
