Join Fitness And Strength Training's 6 Week Fitness Camps for a maximum of 12 participants per session. These camps offer the perfect opportunity to exercise in the great outdoors and cater to all fitness levels.
Throughout the 6 weeks, participants will tackle the same exercises, allowing them to track their progress and witness improvement over time. But that's not all – we also provide 121 Coaching sessions, where our skilled trainers will create personalised coaching programs tailored to your specific fitness goals. Whether you prefer training outdoors or in the container gym during bad weather, we've got you covered.
Speaking of location, our fitness camps and coaching sessions are held at the FAST container gym, which you can find at Pioneer Billy’s Camping and Glamping, TR14 9AP. Remember to bring your own water for hydration, although we do have some available on-site. Plus, don't worry about toilet facilities – we've got those covered too.
When it comes to attire, it's crucial to wear appropriate clothing for outdoor training. During the summer months, we recommend wearing a hat and light clothes to shield yourself from the sun. On rainy days, a light rain jacket and trousers will keep you comfortable. And on colder days, layer up, so you can adjust as you work harder.
It's worth noting that our sessions brave all the elements, but in extreme weather conditions, we're more than happy to retreat to our trusty container gym. And here's a little something special – after each session, our FAST Coaches provide bowls of warm water, so you can freshen up and feel rejuvenated.
