In addition to our fitness classes, we also offer other incredible options such as Yoga (Hatha), Tai-chi, and Women's Self Defence. Our Women's Self Defence course is designed to build self-confidence in physical and mental self-defence.
At the Phoenix Aikido & Fitness Club, we offer a convenient pay-as-you-go system with no membership required. Our prices are valid as of 17th May 2021, and we've reopened with a temporarily reduced timetable.
