For a more personalised approach, our Classes & PT Package includes 1-2 weekly personal training sessions tailored to your needs and goals. In addition to access to all small group classes, you will receive quarterly goal setting and progress catch-ups, complimentary personalised programming, and access to the gym anytime during opening hours. This package is the best value for those looking to achieve their goals faster with a tailored solution.
If you prefer one-on-one attention, our Personal Training membership offers personalised sessions tailored to your needs and goals. With a dedicated trainer by your side, you will receive full accountability and support, quarterly goal setting and progress catch-ups, and complimentary personalised programming.
We also offer a range of packs to suit your needs. Our Group Classes 10 pack gives you access to 10 small group classes, while the Classes & PT Package 10 pack includes 10 personal training sessions tailored towards your needs and goals. If you prefer to drop in and try a class, our Casual drop-in option is available.
