At Fitfix Personal Training, I offer bespoke fitness plans that are tailored to each individual's specific goals and needs. Through a collaborative approach, I work closely with my clients to create and maintain SMART goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Whether you want to lose weight and tone up, build lean muscle mass, increase stamina and endurance, or prepare for a specific event or competition, I will guide you every step of the way.
In addition to personalised fitness plans, I also provide comprehensive nutrition and meal planning services. I believe that effective and results-driven training is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. I understand that each client's nutritional requirements vary based on their training type and goals. Whether you require advice on macronutrient ratios, meal planning, or supplementation, I will provide guidance to ensure your nutrition supports your fitness goals.
For those who prefer one-on-one or group training sessions, I offer in-person training in Brighton and Hove. I am flexible with the training location, whether it's at clients' homes, on the seafront or parks, or at my home gym. I can accommodate couples or groups of up to 10 individuals, ensuring personalised attention and tailored workouts for optimal results.
For clients who are located outside of Brighton and Hove or prefer remote training, I also offer online coaching via regular Zoom sessions. This option became increasingly popular during lockdown and has remained a convenient way for clients to access my services. Minimal home equipment is required, making online coaching accessible and effective for all.
As a NASM certified trainer, I have undergone extensive training and education with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With specialisation in Corrective Exercise, I have a deep understanding of the human movement system and the importance of proper technique and movement patterns. By identifying movement compensations and individual strengths and weaknesses, I design effective and efficient programmes that reduce the risk of injury and improve overall movement, allowing my clients to feel and live better.
