Fit Factory PT is a personal training facility located in South Hurstville, dedicated to helping individuals achieve a healthy and happier lifestyle. Our mission is to make the transition to a better life as simple and easy as possible. We strive to create a supportive and motivating environment, where all members are seen as part of our fitness family.
At Fit Factory PT, we believe in educating and equipping our clients with the necessary tools to become stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. We emphasise the importance of personal growth and provide constant guidance from our experienced and highly qualified trainers. One of our experienced trainers is David Breccia, who holds a bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science. With over 10 years of industry experience, David is passionate about educating and helping individuals reach their goals. He specialises in rehab, sports-specific training, weight loss, resistance training, and body sculpting.
Fit Factory PT offers a variety of classes designed to suit different fitness levels and goals. Our BoxFit class is a circuit-based workout that targets the core, legs, upper body, shoulders, and hips. It provides both cardio and strength training, incorporating punching moves to simulate the agility and movements of a real boxer. Our Bootcamp class is another option for those looking to increase their fitness and strength.
This intense group interval class pushes individuals to their limits over a one-hour period.
Our facility is equipped with top-quality resistance and cardio equipment, lockers, and showers. Although it may not resemble a typical gym setting, rest assured that Fit Factory PT has carefully selected and curated the necessary equipment to cater to all muscle groups and skill levels. Our goal is to create a space that feels like your own, where you can come and train six days a week. We strongly encourage members to implement their own training on their days off and attend our group classes.
