Welcome to Fit Club for Women Camberley, a Women Only Gym located in Camberley, Surrey. At Fit Club for Women, we are dedicated to helping women of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Our gym is run by women, for women, creating a supportive and empowering environment for all our members.

Our primary focus is on getting you fit and keeping you strong. We believe that exercise should be an enjoyable and positive experience, one that you want to do rather than feeling like an obligation. Our team of experienced coaches are here to coach, compel, and celebrate your achievements, making fitness fun!

One of the key features of our gym is our 30-minute circuit. Our members have unlimited access to the circuit, allowing them to work out at a time that suits them, as often as they want. A member of staff is always available to welcome and coach you, ensuring your safety throughout your workout.

In addition to the circuit, we offer a variety of group classes that are free with your membership. These classes include LBT, Core stability, Mind Body Balance, and Boxing. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, with coaches providing adaptations and corrections to exercises so that women of all ages and abilities can participate. We believe that women are more motivated when they have the support of each other, resulting in great results.

For a more personalised experience, we offer small group training sessions and 1:1 personal training, both of which are free with your membership. These sessions allow you to add something extra to your circuit training, make new friends, and receive tailored programmes and coaching to ensure you achieve your goals.

For those looking to lose weight, we offer 1:1 tailored weight loss and wellness programmes. Our team will regularly review your progress, including measuring your weight, body fat, and blood pressure, ensuring you stay accountable and motivated.
