What fitness classes do you offer?

We specialize in prenatal and postnatal fitness for moms at any stage of postpartum, including Prenatal Fitness, Stroller Strides, Mighty Meewasin Moms, and online Bootcamp and interactive Zoom workouts.

When and where do classes run?

Prenatal Fitness runs Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Donald Physiotherapy in Stonebridge. Outdoor Stroller Strides run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am along the Meewasin, Mighty Meewasin Moms runs Wednesdays at 9:30am, and online Bootcamp runs Mondays at 7:30pm and Wednesdays at 8pm.

How do I register and what’s the timing?

Registration is open for May/June. Classes start April 27th and run for 8 weeks, with no class the week of May 25th.

Military fitness classes. After moving back to Canada, I became a personal trainer and focused on prenatal and postnatal fitness after becoming a mom myself. Fitbump was born out of a passion for fitness and a desire to create a community of strong and supportive moms.
