Fitbox Hertford is conveniently located at Unit 16a Dicker Mill in Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG13 7AA. They have a comprehensive timetable for their workouts, with sessions available throughout the week. On weekdays, the gym opens early in the morning at 5:45 am, and the last session begins at 6:30 pm. On Saturdays, the gym is open from 7 am to 1 pm, and on Sundays, from 9 am to 1 pm.
They also have open gym sessions held in between the workouts, providing members with additional opportunities to train.
