Gyles founded Fitbot because of his own personal passion for health and fitness. He had to juggle training for endurance events and other sports around a busy media career in London, so he understands the challenges that can arise. However, he also knows the incredible benefits that exercise can have on your life. Now, he is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals while dealing with the demands of everyday life.
Gyles is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, Boxercise Instructor, Kettle-bell Instructor, and has QA Level 2 First Aid certification. He stays completely up to date with the latest developments in health and fitness, ensuring that he delivers the best and most current service to all his clients, regardless of their individual needs.
Fitbot Personal Training is focused solely on delivering the best session for you. Each session is one-on-one, providing personalised attention and support. Fitbot understands that everyone has different goals, whether it's getting in shape for a special event, recovering from an injury, or achieving specific goals in sports. Fitbot also offers the option of training in pairs for those who prefer the motivation and camaraderie of working with a friend or partner.
