Welcome to Fit 4 Purpose Indoor & Outdoor Fitness, a physical fitness programme located in Northampton. With over 15 years of experience, Fit 4 Purpose has been training people of all ages and abilities since 2005. Our aim is to provide a range of classes that cater to everyone's individual fitness goals and needs.
At Fit 4 Purpose, we offer a variety of classes to suit different interests and fitness levels. Our classes include Boot Camp, Mobility & Pilates, HIIT, Running, Strength & Conditioning, and Walk Fit. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, our classes are designed to accommodate all ability levels.
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are exclusive group workouts that use unconventional training protocols to help you achieve physical greatness. HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a class that caters to beginners, intermediate, and advanced members, ensuring that everyone can participate and see improvements in their fitness level. Military Fit Boot Camp is a high-energy class that is divided into three ability groups – beginners, intermediate, and advanced, providing a challenge for everyone. Walk Fit combines walking and resistance training to improve fitness and posture, while Release & Recover focuses on mobility, flexibility, and core stability for both beginners and those with some degree of fitness.
Lastly, our Run Club offers dynamic workouts and explores new routes to improve fitness and endurance.
