With 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Bettie has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals through her fun, form-focused teaching approach. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in French and a Teaching Degree, and continues to stay current in the field through annual professional development courses and extensive reading.
Bettie is a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer Specialist, Yogafit Level one for Personal Trainers, and Schwinn Spinning Instructor. She is also trained in CPR and First Aid, ensuring the safety and well-being of her clients. Outside the studio, Bettie is an active member of her church and a recreational cycling group, showcasing her commitment to leading a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
Fit4LifewithBettie offers a variety of fitness programs, including Personal Training sessions (private and semi-private) and small group Training sessions.
