With Sarah at the helm, the team of instructors focuses on the Clinical (Modern) Pilates approach, making sure the training is safe and effective.

Whether you're coming back from surgery or injury, have a referral from your Consultant, Physio, or GP, or just want to boost your fitness, there's a Modern Pilates class here for you. From Beginners to Advanced, along with special classes for recovery and older adults, there's something for everyone.

Fit4Life Knutsford has state-of-the-art facilities, providing a great training experience. The studio comfortably fits over 330 members each week. With more than 28 Modern Pilates classes on offer weekly, you’ll have plenty of choices.

Besides studio classes, there's also an online programme for members. During the lockdowns, over 500 online classes and tutorials were delivered to keep everyone moving at home. The Virtual Pilates timetable offers 13 classes a week via Facebook Live Private Group or on the Fit4Life Family YouTube channel. Online membership is available monthly for £25, perfect for those who prefer working out remotely.
