Our gym offers a variety of classes, including strength and conditioning, mobility, and pilates. We have a diverse timetable to ensure there is something for everyone, and our programming is constantly being innovated to keep things fresh and prevent plateaus in your fitness journey.

But it's not just about the workouts. At FIT365 Mangawhai, we understand the importance of nutrition for overall health and fitness. We believe that good nutrition should be incorporated from the beginning of your fitness journey, and we offer nutrition coaching to help you make the best choices for your body.

If you're looking for a workout that not only challenges you but also leaves you feeling refreshed and energised, our pilates classes are the perfect option. The Classical Pilates Method will engage your body and mind, leaving you with a sense of well-being.

We welcome drop-in visitors, but we kindly ask that you let us know in advance. Our casual rate is $20 per class or $180 for 10 classes.
