Lisa-Francine Perrott has a message for the sports community. Fit2Flirt, located in Gravesend, Kent, has been making a difference since 2006. Lisa set up the place with a vision of providing alternative fitness options that are both fun and effective.

The gym hosts various classes to match different tastes. You're invited to try any class for free on your first visit. From Clubbercise, Boogie Bounce, Pole Fitness, Anti Gravity Fitness, Weighted Hula, Aerial Silks, Bikini Body, Aerial Hoop, Freestyle Step, to Boxercise, there’s something for everyone.

Classes run all week, from Monday to Sunday, catering to both early birds and night owls. The studio is situated at Unit D4, Springhead Enterprise Park, Northfleet, ensuring it’s easy for everyone to join in.

Lisa, the Director and Studio Owner, has been part of the fitness world since 2001. She’s qualified in Exercise to Music and as a Personal Trainer. She covers a range of classes, aiming to keep fitness enjoyable and fresh.

Alongside Lisa, there's Tink, Head Aerial Instructor, with a knack for aerial fitness, and Mel, an expert in Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, and Aerial Silks. Tai Tai brings a mix of Muay Thai boxing and dancing to the table, with a background in psychology and hypnotherapy.
