Fit2BeatDisease is a personal training program in Aurora, led by Kelly, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Body Transformation Coach, and Cancer Exercise Specialist. With many years of experience in health and education, Kelly is dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and transform their bodies through exercise.

Kelly's journey with cancer has shaped her approach to fitness. Diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the age of 40, she underwent a mastectomy and experienced the challenges of recovery. Through stretches and exercises, Kelly regained her strength and found a new appreciation for her body. She now advocates for the importance of exercise in preventing disease recurrence and reducing side effects of medication.

With a mission to help others feel strong and healthy in their bodies, Kelly offers guidance on nutrition, efficient exercise, and healthy habits. Her goal is to create a supportive community that inspires hope and motivation towards health goals. Fit2BeatDisease offers live and online classes, including a free Cancer Exercise Study on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm EST.
