FIT 100

FIT 100 is a gym, physical therapy clinic, sports complex, and wellness centre located on Ballysimon Road in Limerick. Our mission is to create a comfortable space where our members can learn, perform, and enjoy their training. We offer state-of-the-art training facilities that redefine fitness, including free weights, conditioning equipment, and indoor astroturf.

At FIT 100, we prioritise the health of our members by providing comprehensive assessments and in-house physiotherapy services. Our community environment encourages interaction with coaches and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their fitness journey.

During the current pandemic, FIT 100 at Home provides resources to help members stay on top of their health and fitness goals. Our full workout playlist includes strength, high intensity, mobility and core, yoga, and kids' exercises. We also offer personal recommendations for apps like Strava, My Fitness Pal, Headspace, Calm, and Country Munch for fresh, wholesome meals.
