Situated right in the heart of St Andrews, this man-made reservoir offers a fantastic fishing spot. Originally built to supply water to the surrounding area, Cameron Reservoir is now renowned for its excellent natural feeding and high-quality fish.
Whether you prefer the freedom of boat fishing or the tranquility of bank angling, this event has got you covered. With six boats and 25 bank angling spaces available, there's plenty of room for everyone. All boats are equipped with oars, and if you have your own electric outboard motor with a maximum power of 3/4 horsepower, feel free to bring it along.
For those who can't get enough of the sport, annual memberships are available. Adult membership is priced at £295, granting you unlimited sessions and a bag limit of 10 fish per week. Junior memberships are absolutely free for anglers aged 18 and under.
Not a member? No worries! Visitors can still enjoy a day of fishing by purchasing day permits for just £20 per rod. With a five fish bag limit, you'll have plenty of opportunities to reel in your catch of the day. Junior visitors can also get in on the action with permits priced at £10 per rod and a two fish bag limit. Members' visitors can purchase permits for £20 per rod as well.

The latest fishing update reveals that there was a stocking in mid-July, and the new fish are taking well. While there may be some weed around, it's actually providing great protection for the fish.
