At First Taekwondo Henley Beach, students of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join our classes. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, our dedicated instructors will tailor the training to meet your individual needs and goals. We believe that everyone can benefit from the practise of Taekwondo, regardless of age or fitness level.
Our training centres are well-equipped and provide a safe and supportive environment for learning. We have multiple locations across Adelaide, including the Henley Beach Fulham North Primary School. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
One of our esteemed instructors, Carl, is known for his incredible strength and skill. He can even punch through four roof tiles! His expertise and passion for Taekwondo inspire our students to push their limits and achieve their goals.
In addition to regular classes, First Taekwondo Henley Beach also offers demonstrations at various events and venues. Our instructors showcase their techniques and skills, providing a glimpse into the world of Taekwondo and its effectiveness as a self-defence art.
