First Swim

Megan would like to share a warm note with everyone in the sports community. As many of you may know, she is the organiser behind First Swim, a baby swimming school nestled comfortably in Twickenham. Megan, as a parent herself, understands the importance of creating a supportive environment where children can learn to swim and have fun.

At First Swim, safety and comfort are top priorities. The purpose-built baby swimming facilities in Twickenham and Chiswick are always heated and treated with care. The lessons at First Swim are led by STA/ASA qualified teachers who have plenty of experience with babies and young children. There is a range of courses available to fit your child’s age and ability. From Bright Start Babies levels 1-8 to First Time Toddlers levels 1-2, Talented Toddlers levels 1-8, and various Kick-Start Kids levels, Megan has ensured there’s something for everyone. There are even private one-to-one lessons and sessions for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

In addition, Megan has introduced a lovely touch for parents and babies – a professional photoshoot session. It’s a great way to capture those special moments of your baby's swimming journey.

And while the little ones are in their lessons, parents can relax at the lovely coffee shop within the facilities. Whether you’re in the mood for a coffee, snack, or just a bit of socialising with other parents, Megan has made sure there’s a cosy spot for you.
