I also emphasise the importance of proper nutrition and offer guidance within the scope of a fitness professional. Furthermore, I provide basic healthy eating information and advice based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines, helping clients make better food choices to support their fitness goals.
In addition to in-person training sessions, I run bootcamps in the Cairns area. These group sessions are a great way to stay motivated, challenge yourself, and connect with like-minded individuals on a fitness journey. I create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer. I hold certifications in Cert 3 fitness, Cert 4 fitness, Children's fitness and nutrition, and Level 1 and 2 bootcamp. Furthermore, I am also certified in first aid and CPR.
I am fully insured and registered as a fitness professional, ensuring that you are in safe hands during our training sessions. Furthermore, I regularly update my knowledge and skills through continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research.
