With a strong emphasis on self-defence techniques, the academy also offers Self Defence classes using techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and focusing on de-escalation techniques.

The academy's structured curriculum is designed to teach fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a specific focus on self-defence. Using Mestre Sylvio Behrings Progressive Guard system, the academy aims to standardize the teaching of self-defence techniques. The programs offered include Kids and Youth Jiu Jitsu classes, Adult Jiu Jitsu classes, and Adult Self Defence classes, catering to individuals of all levels of fitness.
