In addition, Sam is trained in nutrition and sports massage, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.
Sam's primary focus at Firefly Pilates is on reformer Pilates, though she also has experience in teaching Mat Pilates, Tower Pilates, and MOTR. Her attention to detail and commitment to safety ensure that every movement and exercise is performed correctly and effectively.

To begin your journey, you can book your first Pilates reformer class, known as an Initial Consultation, for just £25 (45 minutes). Subsequent sessions are priced at £55 per hour. The studio operates from Monday to Friday, opening its doors from 9am to 8pm. On Saturdays, Firefly Pilates is open from 9am to 1pm, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
