The Central Alberta Fire team is gearing up for an exciting event on May 14, 2024! It's time for the mandatory Bottle Drive, and all players need to mark their calendars. Remember, this event is a big deal, so make sure to RSVP through the RAMP app to confirm your attendance.
On the day of the event, head over to the RDMF Shed in Rosedale at 5:30 PM sharp. This is where you'll get your instructions and jerseys before hitting the road. The Bottle Drive will cover areas like ROSEDALE Meadows/Estates, CLEARVIEW Meadows, and parts of Deer Park Village.
Don't forget to bring extra bottles from your family and friends - every little bit helps! This fundraiser is crucial for keeping fees reasonable for the season. Make sure to bring hand-wipes and extra garbage bags for donations as well.
During the drive, players will be divided into groups of 2-3 and given maps of the areas to cover. If you've got a truck, we could definitely use your help! The event runs from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, so be sure to stick around until the end.
Remember, participation in the annual bottle drive is mandatory for all FIRE players. If you can't make it, a fundraising fee will be applicable. Your support means the world to us, so let's make this event a success together!
