This is where he developed his core learn-to-swim philosophies, focusing on making swimming a fun activity and ensuring that children spend as much time as possible in the water during lessons.

Moved by the desire to provide a purpose-built facility to obtain the best teaching outcomes for his students, Damon established Fins Swim School, which is located at Unit 2, 35 Northcott Drive, Kotara NSW. The school is conveniently situated behind Officeworks Kotara, just 7 km from Newcastle CBD.

Fins Swim School caters to students of all ages, ranging from 3 month old babies to adults.
