Mermaids is not limited to children only; adults can also join for a mix of skills and fitness, providing a great opportunity to tone up those abs.

Additionally, they provide Rookie lifeguard and their own children's swim fit sessions for those who have outgrown the learn-to-swim programme but want to continue swimming.
