Jana's passion for fitness and sport began at a young age in Slovakia, where she was born and raised. She has always been active, participating in activities such as rhythmic gymnastics, pilates, weight training, swimming, tennis, walking, and running. Jana holds various qualifications, including a CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, and certifications in exercise to music and pre- and post-natal exercise programmes.
