Becky is a qualified Female Health and Performance Coach, MumSafeTM Trainer, Pre & Post-Natal Certified, Pilates for PT's Qualified, ACE HIIT Boxing & Kickboxing Instructor, and holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. She is also First Aid & CPR certified and has a Working With Children Check.

We provide a tailored programme, including 3–5 workouts per week, nutrition strategies, lifestyle support, and monthly catch-up sessions to review progress.
If you prefer face-to-face training, our mobile personal training service brings the workout to you.
