Fierce Muay Thai & Personal Training is a fitness centre and martial arts club located in Fareham, New Zealand. The club, founded by Paul, who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, offers a unique and comprehensive approach to achieving fitness goals through Muay Thai boxing and personalised training programmes.
Paul's extensive background in personal training, combined with his passion for Muay Thai, has allowed him to create an exceptional training experience for his clients. After retiring from Muay Thai due to injury, Paul decided to launch Fierce Muay Thai in October 2017. In 2020, the club expanded and opened a full-time Muay Thai and Personal Training gym on West Street in Fareham.
The Personal Training aspect of Fierce Muay Thai sets it apart from traditional gyms. With his own Private Personal Training Studio, Paul is able to provide 100% undivided attention to his clients. This means no queuing for machines and no distractions, allowing members to achieve a great workout without any interruptions.
The Muay Thai classes offered at Fierce Muay Thai & Personal Training cater to individuals of all fitness levels and ages. The sessions, which last 60 minutes, focus on all aspects of this ancient martial art. The club also offers sparring sessions for invited members who have demonstrated the necessary competency and own the correct protective equipment.
For younger individuals interested in Muay Thai, Fierce Muay Thai & Personal Training offers junior classes for ages 6-15. These classes provide a safe and inclusive environment for kids to learn and develop their skills while also gaining confidence and discipline.
In addition to Muay Thai classes, Fierce Muay Thai & Personal Training also offers private training sessions in their brand-new facilities on West Street. The Strength and Conditioning area features top-of-the-line equipment, including Olympic bumper weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat/bench press racks, and more.
