For children aged 7 and above, the “General Gymnastics” class provides one to one and a half-hour sessions that work towards proficiency awards to develop basic understanding and skills in gymnastics.
For those who show exceptional potential, Fierce Gymnastics Club has the “Development Squad” and “Competition Squad” classes. The Development Squad offers two and a half hours of intense training with squad development coaches, allowing children to work towards optional competitions outside the club. The Competition Squad, on the other hand, involves four to five hours of training per week and prepares gymnasts for local and national competitions.
