After teaching in London and Amsterdam, Millie decided to open a semi-private reformer Pilates studio in Chester to share her passion for Pilates and help others reach their movement potential. Millie combines Joseph Pilates's classical Pilates technique with personalised programming catered to each individual's body and goals.
