Jamie here! Just a quick heads-up about Fergushill Riding Stables located right here in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire. Established way back in 1965, it’s been a family-run place that welcomes riders of all ages and abilities.

What you’ll love about Fergushill is their top-notch facilities – both indoor and outdoor arenas, which means you can ride no matter the weather. And with all the stables being indoors, the horses are comfy and well-protected.

One of the cool features at Fergushill is “The Pony Club Hall.” It’s not just for training, but also a spot for fun and fundraising activities – great for both riders and their families to hang out and get involved.

Jamie wants to make sure everyone knows the riding school is up and running, with all the COVID-19 precautions in place. Group lessons are back on, and they’re following the government guidelines closely. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to bring your own clean gloves, and there’s no loaning of hats or body protectors right now. Payments should be made in a sealed envelope and dropped in the box on-site. Hand sanitisers are available too, so make sure to use them when you arrive and before you leave.
