Lawford House Swimming Club is excited to announce that we will be offering Feldenkrais Method® classes and one-on-one sessions with the highly skilled and certified practitioner, Alan Caig Wilson.
If you're not familiar with the Feldenkrais Method®, it's a collection of techniques designed to help you better understand your body and how it moves in relation to the world around you. By gently guiding you through specific movements and providing clear instructions, these classes, and sessions aim to unlock new possibilities in your mobility and alleviate any discomfort or limitations you may be experiencing.

For the classes, there will be a modest cost of £12 per session. If you prefer a more personalised experience, individual one-on-one sessions are available at £50 for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes.
