As you enter, you'll be greeted by modern pin loaded weight machines and two group fitness studios – the Loft and the Reformer Studio. The Loft is where our Aerial Hoop (Lyra) and Aerial Hammock classes take place, allowing you to learn to fly in a safe and supportive environment. The Reformer Studio is where our athletic Reformer Pilates classes are held, offering a great opportunity to lengthen and tone your body.
