Our Pilates classes take place in Market Harborough, East Farndon, and Medbourne in Leicestershire, as well as in Cranford, Broughton, and Orlingbury in Northamptonshire.
Our classes are known for their friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through our doors. Additionally, we offer the option to join us online via Zoom, so you can participate in our classes from the comfort of your own space. If that doesn't suit your schedule, we also provide On Demand video classes, available every day of the week.
