Adam from FC Wiltshire Football Development Centre would like to share a few words with the wonderful sports community.
Adam started FC Wiltshire back in 2013, in Calne, Wiltshire, with a simple goal – to give young players a safe, organised place to up their football game. The club has become a cornerstone for grassroots football, making sure kids not just enjoy the sport but also benefit from top-notch coaching.
What makes FC Wiltshire tick is its strong love for football and a clear understanding of its impact on children's lives. The club’s coaching plans are thoughtfully put together by experienced coaches with backgrounds from top football academies. Everything from ball skills to tactical insights is covered, ensuring players are well-rounded in their football knowledge.
For kids aged under 8 to under 16, FC Wiltshire offers a solid platform. Junior teams (U9-U16) compete in the Junior Premier League on Saturday mornings, while U9 and U10 teams get their game on during Central Venue Fixtures in the afternoons.
Joining the club is a breeze, and it comes with heaps of perks. From year-round training during school terms to the guidance of UEFA and FA qualified coaches, FC Wiltshire also ensures all coaches have the necessary certifications in safeguarding, first aid, and CRC checks. Additionally, the club sorts out all the gear and insurance, so parents have one less thing to worry about.
The club also believes in creating a community spirit, hosting events like Parents vs. Coaches matches and the Annual Football event, adding a bit of fun for everyone involved.
For those keen to join the FC Wiltshire family or to get more details, just head over to the official website or drop a line to Adam. You’ll find the club at Beversbrook Ln, Calne SN11 9FL. Feel free to call Adam at 07511732463 or email him at adam@fcwilts.co.uk.
