Our classes are kept small with a maximum of 16 participants per session, ensuring that you receive the attention and guidance you need to reach your potential.

We understand that everyone is unique, and we tailor our nutrition plans to suit your individual needs, helping you fuel your body for success.
We offer various membership options to cater to your preferences and commitment level. Our FBC Unlimited membership allows you to attend as many sessions as you like each week, giving you flexibility and freedom to work out according to your availability. For those who prefer a more structured approach, our FBC Focus membership allows you to choose any three sessions per week, while our FBC Flex membership gives you the option to attend two sessions per week.
