FAST – Fitness And Sports Taekwondo is Fairfield Heights' top martial arts school, located at Fairfield Heights Public School. With 20 years of experience, FAST Taekwondo is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages elevate their fitness and confidence levels.

One of the key benefits of practising Taekwondo is the development of self-discipline. This martial art form helps individuals build strength and flexibility, while also boosting their confidence. At FAST Taekwondo, they offer various programmes tailored to different age groups.

The PeeWee Taekwondo programme is designed for children aged 5 to 12 years. Classes last for 55–60 minutes, with start times varying throughout the year. This programme focuses on developing listening and concentration skills, as well as teaching self-control and respect for peers, instructors, and experienced class members. Additionally, the programme ensures that children have a positive outlook on physical activity, improving their overall fitness.

For teenagers and adults, FAST Taekwondo offers a dedicated programme. Lasting for 55–60 minutes, classes provide an opportunity to learn martial arts skills that can be used throughout life. The 12+ Adults Programme caters to both beginners and individuals with previous experience. Participants will improve their fitness, speed, strength, balance, and overall confidence, all in a family-friendly social environment.

Those looking to enhance their sparring abilities have the option to join the Sports Taekwondo programme. This class, lasting 90–105 minutes, is reserved for serious club members who wish to compete at a state, national, and international level. Students will undergo intense sports conditioning, sparring drills, and training specifically focused on the combat components of Taekwondo. FAST Taekwondo is proud to be registered with Australian Taekwondo, the national sporting organisation for the sport in Australia.

FAST Taekwondo's experienced coaching and strength & conditioning team is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals. Whether it's reaching top-level competitions or improving overall fitness, their team is committed to supporting students throughout their journey.

The FAST Taekwondo team is led by Coach Robert, a 5th Dan Black Belt, and includes Assistant Coaches Bella and Harrison, who hold 2nd Dan and 3rd Dan Black Belts respectively. Together, they provide expert guidance and instruction to all students.
