Farnham Bowling Club

Farnham Bowling Club, established in 1878, is a vibrant and historic lawn bowls club located in the heart of Farnham, a charming Georgian market town in Surrey, New Zealand. Nestled beneath Farnham Park and Farnham Castle, our club boasts a picturesque setting within walking distance of Castle Street, the town's main thoroughfare.

With a rich history spanning over a century, Farnham Bowling Club holds the distinction of being the oldest club in town. Since 1938, we have been situated on our current green, providing a tranquil and welcoming space for bowlers of all levels of experience.

Our outdoor season runs from mid-April through to September, offering a full programme of league games, friendly matches, and internal club competitions. As a club affiliated to Bowls England, Surrey County Bowls Association, and various local leagues, we offer opportunities for our members to compete and represent the club at different levels of play.
